R22 is now banned!

The governments’ pledge to phase out of HCFC gases by 2015 means it’s now time to re-assess existing older style R22 refrigerant based air conditioning installations in London. Complete Cooling Systems can carry out a review of your current systems to see if it would make good financial sense to replace older R22 equipment with modern energy efficient R32 air conditioning systems. Newer air conditioning systems are at least 30% cheaper to run and operate using HFC refrigerant R32 which has a much lower ozone depleting potential. August 2022 update. I was so pleased with CCS and my living area air conditioning that I ordered another unit for upstairs. Once again the service was perfect and despite the heatwave I was pleasantly surprised at the short lead time - 3 weeks from enquiry to install.
And I've found the units to be quite frugal with energy consumption compared with my old portable devices.

Sept 2021. It has been a pleasure doing business with CCS, from my initial enquiry through installation to final handover everything has been done in a professional manner, as promised, on time and budget. Without doubt the Air Con aspect of my house extension has been the least stressful and the only thing that happened as planned.

My job was probably one of the smaller projects they undertake, but I received the same service as I’m sure they give to much larger projects. Special thanks to both Rudie and Grant.

As for the actual system, its already exceeding my expectation. I’ve so far been unable to get my central heating extended to my new extension, but I hardly need it as the A/C unit heats the area in a few minutes, and I’ve even had the chance to use the cooling as my huge south facing patio doors  means that without it the room heats very quickly, as soon as the sun come out.
